But, as always, after much research and surfing the web, I think I found what I am looking for: mid-heels, pointed, with ankle straps for only $49 at Zara (zara.com)!!! These heels have a height of 3.19in, which isn't bad at all!

Ankle Strap Mid-Heels
Now, I wish I could be one of those girls that could rock 5-inch heels and look sexy, but I can't. My feet start to hurt, the awkward walk starts, and the sexiness goes away. So, it has been a mission of mine to find the perfect sexy shoe with low to mid heels AND an ankle-strap to keep my feet from slipping out. Now, this has been a challenge because if the heel is too low, they fall into the "kitten" heel category and although the comfort level is there, the sex appeal is not. If they are mid to high, the awkwardness reappears and my feet start to slip out. I am sure there are shoes out there that meet my needs, but I also don't want to pay an arm and a leg for shoes that could be the perfect match.
