The PERFECT Jeans!

I was never a big fan of the low-waisted jeans.  Yes, they are sexy if you are a stick figure, but if you have some curves and enjoy that ice cream, then you need the right pair of jeans.  I also remember back in high school when I used to buy these jeans that were partly made of "ramie," which was nice stretchy type denim, but every time I look at the material of the jeans when I'm shopping, none of the material includes "ramie." I don't like stiff jeans that are mostly cotton and jeggings which are more spandex are a bit too much.  And, to add to all this, I am a shorty.  I'm about 5'2" so the length of jeans is a problem for me, too.  Sooooooo... Ankle Strap Mid-Heels

Now, I wish I could be one of those girls that could rock 5-inch heels and look sexy, but I can't.  My feet start to hurt, the awkward walk starts, and the sexiness goes away.  So, it has been a mission of mine to find the perfect sexy shoe with low to mid heels AND an ankle-strap to keep my feet from slipping out.  Now, this has been a challenge because if the heel is too low, they fall into the "kitten" heel category and although the comfort level is there, the sex appeal is not.  If they are mid to high, the awkwardness reappears and my feet start to slip out.  I am sure there are shoes out there that meet my needs, but I also don't want to pay an arm and a leg for shoes that could be the perfect match.

But, as always, after much research and surfing the web, I think I found what I am looking for: mid-heels, pointed, with ankle straps for only $49 at Zara (zara.com)!!!  These heels have a height of 3.19in, which isn't bad at all!

Aztec Print Cardigan Sweater

I am completely obsessed with the "Aztec/Tribal" print styles for the fall season and I stumbled across this style on one of my favorite online sites: Lulu's (lulus.com).  I absolutely fell in love with this ivory/black Aztec print cardigan sweater.  It was listed at $54 or $56 (I can't remember) and I just did not have the heart to purchase a sweater for that price.  Although, Lulu's offers free shipping on orders over $50, I still couldn't commit. Days later, I checked back and the sweater was so popular that it was not even on their website anymore.  BUMMER!

BUT, Because of my obsession, I could not wait and spend hours googling "aztec print sweaters," "aztec tribal print," "ivory/black cardigan sweater........" Luckily, after clicking on a few links, I found the same sweater on a newly established online store called, ".H.C.B." (shophcb.com)!
